This gem is easily missed if you are not looking for it

You have probably never heard of it — the Musee Cinema et Miniature — but it is well worth a visit. It’s situated in what is known as the Old Town in Lyon, France, the area with all the historic and medieval buildings, with a tonne of restaurants and tourist shops. Squeezing along the narrow streets along with thousands of tourists is never pleasant, so when I saw the entrance to the Musee at last, I dived inside.

What’s here? For a start, costumes of all kinds from various famous movies, along with “attachments” — meaning various things used in those movies, from fake guns to models to face masks to other kinds of weapons. I have a lot of photos to share, so I will post about the miniatures upstairs separately. Do have a look as they are amazing, and very famous.
