I’ve just returned to the gym after a long absence, because my core strength and muscles generally were so pathetic! When you can’t climb stairs without having to hang onto the rail… I’m about to turn 64. That was a wake-up call. But at my gym the only other person my age is a friend I persuaded to join. Maybe I should start a local campaign?
