Great article. I am the same. I'm not sure whether it's from growing up poor on a farm with constant debt, or working with elderly poor people in my 20s, but I fear running out of money, too. And being forced into state care when I can't take care of myself, which is my worst nightmare. You point out the problems very well. I like that term - money therapist!
