And all that tells you several things. One is that the media in Britain (i.e. Murdoch in particular) has a hell of lot to answer for. Second - any country that votes in Boris Johnson as PM is already operating on an idiotic level. But I'd also ask how much of Brexit was down to simple racism? Blaming every woe on European immigrants, instead of trying to work out how to make the best use of such a workforce? And now look at the world. Every single first world country staggering along, unable to get back up to speed because they got rid of everyone who didn't "fit", who had been portrayed as "taking people's jobs" and causing unemployment. Airlines everywhere, and airports, cancelling flights, losing luggage, etc etc because they have NO STAFF. It just beggars belief how the many "stupids" have been so disastrously led by the few who had no idea what they were doing or what the result would be. Britain truly is a lesson to us all - and let's face it, most especially to the US.
